Russia’s main stock markets rebounded more than 12 percent, recouping sharp losses suffered the day before as regulators moved to curb volatility by periodically halting trade.The dollar-denominated RTS exchange was up 12.34 percent at 855.61 points when the Federal Service for Financial Markets froze trading at 1005 GMT, the bourse’s web site said.
